Mechanism of Action
• There is decline in sensitivity of the female reproductive organs during sexual intercourse if there
is lack of adequate amount of blood supply to the female reproductive organs
• Lovegra dilates the blood vessels of the female reproductive organs which enhances the flow of
the blood to these organs which increases the sensitivity of female reproductive organs giving a
satisfactory sexual intercourse
Onset of Action and Duration of Effect
• The action of this medicine starts within 30 to 120 minutes after oral administration
• The onset of action depends on individual’s body physiology
• The effect of this medicine lasts for an average duration of 4 hours
Dosing guidelines
• The normally recommended dose is 100mg once a day
• This medicine is to be taken approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour before having sex with a glass
full of water
• Do not crush, chew or spilt the tablet
• Take the amount of dose for the time specified by the physician
• There should be gap of 24-hours between two doses

Warnings and Precautions
• Lovegra should not be administered to females with a history of allergy to Sildenafil Citrate or any
other PDE-5 inhibitor
• Telling complete medical history to your physician, helps him to prescribe the correct dose of medicine
• Pregnant women and breast –feeding women should avoid taking Lovegra 100mg
• Engaging in any outdoor activity while on treatment with Lovegra can be dangerous
• Avoid meals rich in fat content, consumption of grapefruit products and alcohol along with this
• Concomitant use of Lovegra with Nitrates, alpha-blockers and other blood pressure lowering
medicines should be avoided
• This medicine is not for use in females below 18 years of age
In case of missed and overdose-
• Take the missed dose as soon as you remember
• Skip the missed dose if it’s the time to take the next scheduled dose
• Do not take two tablets simultaneously or an extra tablet to compensate for missed dose
• If overdose symptoms are observed call the physician immediately
