What’s High Pressure Chamber?
Compressed gas discharged from the fix
scroll full fills the whole hermetic chamber
of compressor, then goes out from the
exhaust, that the whole compressor shell
is high temperature and the pressure
inside the compressor chamber is high
(except suction inlet and the suction
chamber).


High pressure chamber compressor direct suction, no overheat suction loss, increase compressor efficiency.

Principle of Precision Control
(1)Capacity division between ODU Modules
Principle:
Capacity output of each module not exceed 75% of the module capacity.
(2)Capacity division between compressors in a single module.
Principle:
After total capacity divided to each module, the system will use overflow
handling to divide the capacity again to Inverter compressor and fixed speed
compressors, that is to start to the Inverter compressor first, after Inverter
compressor full loaded, start the 1st fixed speed compressor then 2nd fixed
compressor.

High pressure chamber oil balance technology

1:High pressure chamber compressor,has its own patent design of oil
balance pipe,makes the oil that higher than the oil outlet can discharge
automatically, avoid the compressor from leak of oil.

2:Adopt new oil separator,original oil balance pipeline design,achieves an
efficient oil link-balance between modules.

3: Cyclical oil balance program design insures the lowest running oil volume
under any critical working condition, it is a highly reliable oil balance model.
