SUMMARY
THE LAYOUT
The complex system of „road traffic“, which in
its complexity is always under development,
could be under control only by means of
scientific studies.
This is true, especialy for guaranting the road
security and the emergency of an efficient
work in order to make it safer.
West experience, referring to traffic
metodology, calls it as „integrated strategy“.

who use the traffic

3.1. Common interference
Common interference referres to police
cooperation with other players (local
government/partners),who deal with security of
the traffic.
Not only Police is found resposable for traffic
security, other actors are found responsable as
well, so that coopeartion among actors is
neccessary to reach the goal.
This is shown in three tables reffering to
interference.
3.2.Integrated interference)
Integrated interference within police force,
comes true when road security control is
an additional part of the fight againt
criminality.
4. COMBINED STRATEGY
Combined startegy is called when
ENGINEERING , EDUCATION &
ENFORCEMENT cooperate with public work in
a combined manner. This is known as 3XE+PP
formula.
The abovementioned interference manners
constitute a single form in police actions.
When this forms influence to each –other, they
bring out the succeesful recipe.

technical measures regarding construction
and additional imprevement of
infrastructure & vehicles security, paying a
special attention to the increase of quality
of the road network and human needs for
a clean environment.
