Why is Nu Skin Modifying the “Active” Requirement with PGSV?

PGSV enhances Distributors’ options to qualify as “Active” for commissions on the
purchases of retail customers, L1 Preferred Customers and L1 Distributors, in addition to
your own personal purchases. This ensures more Distributors can earn commissions
under the new “Active” requirement than they earn under the current active requirement.

PGSV reinforces the focus on healthy and successful Distributor progression by
emphasizing the role of purchasing consumers.

PGSV focuses leaders’ training on helping new Executives achieve “FIT” status—a key
metric for healthy Executive progression and the key to maximizing the NEW Americas

Some Important Points
Most Distributors already meet the new “Active” requirement with PGSV!
• 85% Distributors already achieve 250 PGSV
• 98.2% of LOIs already achieve 250 PGSV
• 91.4 of Executives currently achieve 500 PGSV
We anticipate that all currently active Distributors will become PGSV Active as a result of training. We also
expect more Distributors to earn commissions than they are with our current Active requirement.
ADR will continue to play a significant role in your monthly sales volume
The incredible benefits of the ADR program should make every Distributor and Customer want to
take advantage of this program. Several global markets do not currently require an ADR order to
qualify as “Active”.
• Canada has not required an ADR order for activity since 2008. Total ADR count has climbed,
as sales have skyrocketed.
• EMEA has not required an ADR to qualify as “Active” since May 2014—no noticeable change
in ADR orders as a % of overall sales
Evidence shows that PSV will not be impacted by the introduction of PGSV
Korea, Nu Skin’s 2nd largest and one of Nu Skin’s fastest growth markets, has used PGSV as an
“Active” requirement since 2002. Approximately 25% of all PGSV comes from personal PSV
purchases.
