 IP Connection(s) to PSAPs – “Last Mile”
 IP Backbone to connect PSAPs & ACCRFs
 Alabama Core Call Routing Facility
 Montgomery & Huntsville
 inetwork to handle ALI and Selective Routing
 Bid process had several good responders

