Lecturer Qualifications
Availability:
Needs formally permitted by MoNE to operate after
fulfilling some of the conditions, e.g.:
a. Competence Lecturers: S2 qualified to teach in
S1/Diploma Program
b. Legal Foundation Statement by Ministry of Law and
Human Rights
c. 8 Standards of National Education
Affordability:
 ICT: distance Learning, e-learning, teaching and learning
 Scholarship availability especially to the poor (social
kindness) to increase the accessibility
Quality:
a. Needs formally assessed by National Accreditation Board
b. Recognized by certain Proffssional Body and Community in
general
c. No unemployment graduates (link to the job market and
match with the societal and industrial needs), means the
higher education can empower graduates through the
curriculum development
Equity:


Man or woman has the same access to any study program,
except to the midwifery study program
Promotion more to the incoming students especially for the
unbalance gender participants (e.g. phychology, teacher
