• Prepare the Format of Input that to be generated from
the Labs.
• Coordinate with Labs for timely availability of Input.
• Ensure RegularMonitoring the projects at Academy

• Identify Industries for TOT, if applicable.

 Core Teams are the empowered building blocks of
IDST ,will look for assignments, build the teams and
carry out the tasks.
 Core Teams can invite external experts, academies
professional etc. for specific task
 50- 60 Core Teams can be constituted
 With 5 members average in each team, 250-300
members can be engaged in academy interaction and
other projects.
