NETC INST 1500.10A (19 Sep 13) policy: Any new content
development, revision, or maintenance within the NETC
domain shall be performed using AIM CPM and LO Module.
Additionally, Learning Centers shall convert all course material
into AIM CPM and LO Module no later than 1 October 2016
