Arlette Kambwa-Gitau
Arlette has Human Resources experience in USA and most recently in East Africa.
Her experience includes working with multiple industries such as insurance,
professional services firm, manufactory, university, and employment agency. Arlette
is versed in various HR disciplines including Talent Acquisition, Performance
Management, Employee Relations and Wellness, Training and Development, and
HR Operations.
Academic background
Arlette holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Wisconsin-Parkside, Masters of Arts degree
from Ball State University, and is currently pursuing an MBA. She is also a Certified Senior Human
Resources Professional (SPHR).

HR Business Partner - Tanzania
Thadeus Mkenda
Thadeus has over 7 years work experience in Human Resources Management and
Development with specific knowledge and skills in the areas of recruitment, training,
performance management, employee relations, Tanzania labour laws and HR
management systems. He has an excellent understanding of career management
and talent resourcing which are key in building up human capital in an organization.
Academic background
Thadeus holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree (BBA General: Accounting, Finance,
Marketing & Human Resources Management) from the University of Dar es Salaam.

Rose Sente
Rose is a Human Resource professional with 14 years of experience as a HR
Generalist. She is experienced in managing Workforce Planning, Acquisition and
Deployment; Performance Management; Reward; and HR Operations. She has
expertise in Oracle systems (On-line) recruiting.

Rose holds a Bachelors Degree in Arts from Makerere University Kampala, a Post Graduate Diploma Uganda Management Institute, and a CIPD (UK) Fast Track Certificate in Human Resource Practice.

Justine Nzyoka
Justine has experience in carrying out HR audits, organisation structure reviews,
remuneration surveys and development of salary and benefit structures and
recruitments. In addition, she also has experience in conducting employee
engagement/satisfaction surveys and developing HR policies and procedures
manuals. She previously worked as a Manager in Deloitte’s Human Capital Group.
Academic background
Justine holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resources Management, Catholic University of
East Africa, Kenya and a Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management from the Institute of Human
Resources Management, Kenya. She is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration in
strategic management from Daystar University, Kenya.

Edna Kwinga
Edna is a seasoned HR professional with seven (7) years related experience in the
areas of developing and implementing policies & procedure manuals, talent and
performance management, benefits administration, recruitment and targeted
selection, training needs assessments, job analysis and evaluation, remuneration
surveys, organisation development and employee wellness and orientation.
Academic background
Edna holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance and Marketing from the University
of Wisconsin, Eau Claire. She is SHL Certified Psychometric Administrator.

Andrian Bundi
Andrian has over 8 years’ experience in Human Resource management. Her areas
expertise includes Human Resource Operations, Performance management and
Learning and Development. Andrian’s experience in Learning and Development has
included content development and facilitation, Learning ROI and more recently
Leadership Development.
Academic background
Andrian holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Maseno University, Kenya and is a
Certified Public Secretaries of Kenya. She is currently undertaking her Masters of Arts Degree in
Counselling Psychology from Daystar University, Kenya. Andrian also holds certifications in Development
Dimension International (DDI) – Certified DDI facilitator (FSW); Myers-Briggs Type Indicator International
(MBTI) Certification; and Development Dimension International (DDI) – Certified Targeted Selection
trainer.

Emily Kerandi
Emily has more than 5 years’ experience in both operational and strategic
management of the human resources function. She is a recruitment specialist,
having extensive experience in recruiting for positions internationally and nationally
in both profit and not for profit organizations. She also has experience in other
spheres of HR such as compensation and benefits, performance management and
policy formulation.
Academic background
Emily holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from St. Paul’s University, Kenya and Higher
Diploma in Human Resource Management from the Institute of Human Resource Management. She is
currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Strategic Management from University of
Nairobi.
