Gagne Foods is a family run company
from Bath, Maine. We manufacture our
products using a distinctive, artisanal
folding method. Our biscuits are
different and particularly tasty because we
“laminate” them – we use the same
folding process as puff pastry. The result?
Tender biscuits that puff to the sky and
rich, buttery baked goods. Each of our
products are all natural and go straight
from the freezer to the oven. There is no
need to proof our products.

How to Make “Mini Biscuits”
Preheat a convection oven to 325 or a regular oven to 350 degrees. Slack biscuits for 5
minutes or until you can cut with a knife. Cut into quarters and bake mini biscuits for 25 15 minutes or until golden brown. Ovens may vary, adjust accordingly. Split mini biscuits
in ½ and add toppings.
