Why are we moving
White City One building is due to close in March 2013 and the main BBC departments that use the service have
transferred to New Broadcasting House in W1. In order to provide the best service to BBC users in London this clinic
will close at the end of December 2012 and services will transfer to Candover Street in W1.
The Candover Clinic was set up in May 2012 to provide Occupational Health (OH) services for staff transferring from
Bush House and W12 to W1. The Clinic is located a stone’s throw from New BH on the corner of Candover Street and
Foley Street. (see attached map)
Impact to you

From the beginning of 2013 you will need to allow additional time to travel to W1 (Shuttle Bus or Tube)

All vaccination appointments, malaria medication appointments, and travel related medicals will be carried out
at Candover Street which will become the main delivery hub for staff throughout London.

Note: In some more complex Occupational Health referrals you may be required to attend the Capita Bury
House clinic which is located near Liverpool Street Station. You will be given details of this location by Capita if
you are to be seen there.
