Is there any other story/information we should know?
Have a torn left knee cartilage, have been unable to train efficiently since Husky
Long Course, Got knocked off my bike at last Kurnell race which damaged knee and
has been pretty ugly since then. I’m good for the swim and completed 150k bike ride
last weekend so should be fine with that if weather is ugly, not so fine. Run is not my
go, have only done 20k at Husky Long Course and a 20k run in March haven’t run
since. But in saying that I am starting the race to finish the race, the only way I’ll stop
if they cart me off screaming or in a coma. This will be my toughest race to date due
to being unprepared, but I plan on finishing and will need all your support trust me,
it will be a late night and time may be against me. I have been asked to wear Police
Legacy outfit, I dearly want to but scared no one will be able to support me not
seeing me etc, always great hearing people say “Go Cronulla” they don’t know you
from a bar of soap but they know were you come from it’s awesome, people won’t
be able to say “Go Police Legacy” just doesn’t sound right, and I know they could say
something BUT what!! but it is very dear to my heart and would be very proud to
wear it due to my past and history!!!! Thanks to everyone for your AWESOME
support, bullshit to anyone who says it’s an individual sport!!!!!!

live in Bulli, get behind them, they are tops!
