PAYROLL
 Principal should be approving payroll. Alternate approver
should be used when you’re not available, not the other
way around.
 Once payroll is approved no corrections are to be done
that day, it will show your school as not complete.
 Share this with your clerical staff that inputs payroll.
 Reminder 8 days per pay period for temporary instructors
and Hourly can only do 50 hrs./pay period

the employee.
