Gazprom‘s position today
 OAO Gazprom with 200+ CNG stations in Russia
 Legislative changes to promote natural gas as motor fuel just
introduced and extension of CNG refuelling infrastructure started
 Development of LNG production and retail infrastructure in
progress
 European Gazprom companies extending CNG presence in Germany
and the Czech Republic from 28 to >40 CNG stations by end of 2014

to further tender)
Outlook: LNG goes maritime
 Sulphur Emission Control Areas
(SECA) force maritime transport
in the Baltic and North Sea to
become cleaner from 2015
onwards
 Competition will be between
Marine Gasoil (MGO) and LNG
– no other serious option
available
 Gazprom group companies
positioning LNG as fuel of
choice to comply with new
environmental norms with
ports and ship operators
 Objective: make LNG available
for bunkering and on-shore
transport demand

NGV Rally ‘Blue Corridor – 2014’
Gazprom export and E.ON Global Commodities agreed the dates and route of our joint
traditional branded European event ‘Blue Corridor-2014’.
This will be the 8th edition of the NGV Rally to promote the best available transportation
fuel natural gas and its derivatives.
As agreed earlier we will have a series of NGV related events in Russia, Estonia, Latvia,
Lithuania, Poland, Czech Republic, Germany, Austria and Italy.
Flag-off ceremony will be held on October the 7th, 2014 within the first day of the SaintPetersburg International Gas Forum.
We will also have a key event in Nuremberg, Germany on October the 20th, 2014.
The end of the Rally is linked to the 3rd Eurasian Forum Innovations and International
Integration in Verona, Italy on October the 23rd, 2014.
We very much hope that you will be interested in participating and helping to prepare the
Blue Corridor-2014 NGV Rally and will appreciate your agreement to assume the role of
national coordinator at the territory of your country.
