Competence profile: 1) Identification of core tasks 2) Allocation of knowledge, skills and competences 3) Final version Training unit with five sub units: 1. Creative Entrereneurship Mindset 2. International Leadership Mindset 3. Negotiating and Influencing on an international stage 4. Knowing yourself and others 5. Intercultural communication The training unit has an optional and additional nature: it may be added (as a whole or in parts) to existing qualifications, irrespective of the type or level of qualification or the vocational and educational training system of the country of origin of the trainee. It can be assessed/trained/certified at different levels.
