Notices of Creditable Coverage mailed November 12
Enrollment Worksheets mailed the week of November 19
Annual Open Enrollment December 3–December 14
– If you are not making changes, you do not need to take any action
– Log on to YBR Web site to make changes or use comparison tools
Bills for January coverage mailed on December 20, ongoing bills are sent
on the 15th of each month.

The reimbursement will no longer be added to your pension check.

Direct Deposit Forms will be included within the first or second
check you receive
