contracts; stock items; instruments, utility grids,
fixtures, tenants, building units, district, suburb,
extension, and stand;
• Maintenance on Asset Groups allows unlimited
maintainable items (MSI) to be attached and can be linked
to one work order instead of having a work order per MSI;
• Manage work orders by Priority Category, Priority,
Maintenance Type and Service Type;
• Enter unlimited tasks, activities, resources to activities,
special instructions, materials required/used, additional
expenses and linked documents;
• Print or email work orders in several different file formats;

• Can be associated to work orders and projects;

Set Defaults for

like auto populated when creating a new work order;
Specification Entries

Document Paperclip
• Exists in all major registers (+/- 70) to enable the user to

images, transactions etc.
Linked Documents
• Similar to the paperclip except it is selected from the
Document Register that has the ability to perform revision
(version) control;
