Classify a pet dog as an autotroph or
heterotroph and as an herbivore,
omnivore, or carnivore. Explain.
A dog is a heterotroph; it is not a plant.
 A dog is an omnivore; Although I know
dogs eat meat, I have also seen my dog
eat french fries.

if the Sun began to produce less energy
and then finally burned out.
The “right” answer: plants would die,
herbivores would starve, then omnivores
