Servant starts his service maintain service book for each candidate who joined company. Basic pay is according to federal government pay but allowances are 50% of Pay and 25% Muzafar Garh allowance. Pay increase with Federal Government policies an fix increment according to pay scale. Annual Record is written by clerk and signed and verified by Residential Engineer (R.E.) After 2 years departmental exams will be taken and sent to training to training stations.
