Digital Multimeter
The digital multimeter is a multipurpose instrument that contains three
different meters in one.
• Voltmeter
• measures potential difference (voltage) between 2 points (in volt)
• Ammeter
• measures the amount of current through a component (in amperes, or amps)
• Ohmmeter
• measures the resistance of a component (in ohms)
