Tena Callahan Judge, 302nd Family District Court Judge Callahan has taken the lead in moving the family courts to a paper-less digital platform. Marty Lowy Judge, 101st Civil District Court Judge Lowy is recognized for his enthusiastic embrace of new technology and bringing his court into the 21st Century. Judge Lowy’s court is the pilot for the Texas Online e-solution for the civil courts.
