Constructing Powerful Questions
What Variety of Question Is It?
1
What’s it going to
take for you to
___?
2
3
What will make this
project easier?
4
Can you meet with
those 3 team
members this
week?
What is this costing
you?
What would you do
if you knew you
couldn’t fail?
How much is
enough?
How can you
overcome this
obstacle?
What needs to
change within you
to make this
happen?
What are you
willing to do?
What do you really
want?
What can you do to
make this happen?
How can you grow
from this
experience?
What would it look
like if you were
leveraging this
strength fully?
