• External Users should be able to revise
and update certain data elements
belonging to their facility
• Verifications should include alternate
FSO/POC contact information

• Security Review Findings:
– Stored in discrete data elements
– NISPOM reference associated
– Available to External (Industry) Users
• Automatically remove expired verifications from
view
• Include a link to the ISRep’s email address
• Include Information System Security Manager
(ISSM) information in the verification

• Names, addresses, phone numbers, e-mail for
both the local DSS ISR and Regional Field
Office should be available when viewing
verifications
• Based on user level, authorized external users
(FSOs) should be able to pull data, creating ad
hoc reports for their own facility and all facilities
under their corporate structure. Users should be
able to view and query appropriate data from
facilities subsidiary to their own
