Ingredients
• 3 fruits of your choice – apple, grapes,
pear, banana, kiwi, strawberries
• 1 orange
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice
• 250-300ml fruit juice e.g. orange or
apple juice
• container with a tight fitting lid

Wash all your fruit
Pour the juice into your container
Add 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
Prepare orange and other fruits in order so
that they don’t go brown.
5. As they are chopped into bite-size pieces add
them to the juice.
6. Make sure you stir the fruit in
the juice regularly to prevent
browning
7. Refrigerate
