Our journey
Alternative way of reporting ‘our journey’
The Workplace Gender Equality Agency has outlined 6 phased to explain where an organisation is on the gender
equality journey. Over the last five years, CSC has moved forward from ‘Compliance’ (stage 1) to ‘Programmatic’.
Our goal is to move to a more ‘Strategic’ approach in the next 12 months and to become an employer of choice.
