General Terms of Service
Please choose the services and demand a quote of charges
Charges will be as per minimum wages act as prescribed by the govt of state
Since you are principle employer any deviation in minimum wages is you responsibility
Shall sign the agreement with comprehensive terms to start the services
First 2 weeks will be treated as setup period and client shall support to understand the site and needs.
As per norms of labour department additional pay ( OT ) is applicable if worked more then 9 hours
A paid week off will be availed by any staff after 6 working days , however we will organize the required floor
strength for your regular needs if your business operates for 365 days.
Additional manpower requirements will be floated a week ahead . If additional manpower is more then one
month the cost will remain same . If it is less then 30 days the cost of extra manpower will be 150% of daily
wage rate .

To reduce the man power cost you can hire unskilled staff who are enthusiastic to compete with skilled staff with in
the cost of unskilled charges.
To reduce your administrative time consumption , you can outsource or off-roll your middle management staff on our
Payrolls and we will ensure all their statutory documentations is made and attendance , wages , bank accounts and
