PAYMENT PLAN
Mortgage finance is available for National Housing Fund (NHF) contributors and anyone interested in
mortgage financing.
Interested buyers should apply to APDC for further processing with Abbey Building Society or their preferred
Primary Mortgage Institution (PMI).
Non National Housing Trust Fund subscribers contributors
•
Outright Payment: 100% upon application attracts 5% discount for the 1st 50 customers , or pay
installmentaly as follows
 1st Installment: 30% upon application
 2nd Installment: 30% within 3 months of initial payment
 3rd Installment: 30% within 3 months of second payment
 4th Installment : 10% upon completion (before handover)

It is agreed that the form is only an expression of interest and does not guarantee an
allocation.
Allocation of selected house type shall be made upon payment of 1st installment deposit, and
the buyer shall pay the subsequent installments within the stated period.
However, no choice of a specific house is guaranteed until the payment of at least 60%.
Failure to pay subsequent installment (s) within the stated period, constitutes a default and
confers on the Developer, the right to sell the unit.
