Recharge Keywords – Retailer
• RM is the keyword to initiate Mobile Recharge Process.
• RD is the keyword to initiate DTH Recharge Process.
• RDC is the keyword to initiate Data Card Recharge Process.
Other Important Keywords – Retailer
• TXNC is the keyword to get status of last 3 transactions
initiated through SMS process.
• BALC is the keyword to get current available balance of
his/ her account.
• GETMPINC is the keyword to get forgotten MPIN (Mobile
PIN) through his/ her registered mobile number
• CHMPINC is the keyword to change old MPIN (Mobile PIN)
with desired new one.
How to use keywords?

Mobile Recharge Process – Through SMS
Format – RM Keyword – Mobile Recharge
• RM<Space>Operator Code<Space>Mobile Number<Space>Recharge Amount<Space>MPIN
• RM is Keyword for Mobile Recharge.
• Operator Code is as per following Table.
• Enter Mobile Number which you want to recharge.
• Fill Recharge Amount, for which you want to recharge above number.
• MPIN is your mobile transaction Password, need to be used for every transaction.
• This <Space> need not to be written, just insert space between 2 parameter from your keypad.

• CHMPINC<Space>Old MPIN<Space>New MPIN<Space>New MPIN
• CHMPINC is Keyword to change MPIN of retailer by his registered mobile number.
• Old MPIN is the old MPIN of agent that he wants to change.
• New MPIN is the new MPIN agent has chosen.
• New MPIN is typing the new MPIN of agent again.
• This <Space> need not to be written, just insert space between 2 parameter from your keypad.

If agent wants to change his MPIN he has to send following message:

Don’t use any keyword until you are registered.
Don’t do recharge transaction for denomination less than
Rs.20 and more than Rs. 5,000 for Mobile/ DTH/ Data Card
Don’t send multi/ duplicate SMS in one go. Every time your
money will be deducted.
Don’t send recharge request with same mobile and same
denominations till you got response to previous request.
Wait for 15 min for transactions if response is not received
for previous transaction.
Common Problems

Common Problems – During Keyword Usage
Delay in Recharge:
• Normally mobile gets recharge in seconds only, but in some chances it may be delayed due to
several reasons such as Operator Connectivity, Technical Updating, etc.
• In such cases confirm status may take 24 to 48 hours. In case your transaction is not successful,
company will reverse your balance upon confirmation from operator.
Wrong Recharge:
• In case you have recharged any wrong number, and it has success full status so it cannot be
reversed, so we suggest you to fill required information carefully i.e. Mobile Number and Amount.
Received Less Money:
• Some time complaints comes, customer got less money in his mobile after recharge; actually it is all
depend upon operator plans only and Company has no role in this.
Wrong SMS Format:
• Some time complaints come about wrong format, this is actually because either you entered extra
spaces or entered the parameter in wrong sequence, so use format sent in SMS notification or refer
manual for instruction to avoid such problems.
Success SMS not Received:
• In this case user can contact to our CC Team, they will resolve it as earliest as possible.
