Selection Criterions
•
You should be B.Tech (any discipline) + MBA 2009-11
(Marketing/Operations/Finance/HR)
•
Aggregate 60% and above (in SSC, HSC & B. Tech , MBA)
•
No Gap in Academics i.e between 10th & 12th ; during B.Tech,
and MBA
•
Age limit for PGT- 26 years

Retention Bonus
Rs 60,000/- pa
Note :
PGT : Retention Bonus for 1st and 2nd year amounting to Rs 1,20,000/- is payable
on completion of two years.
Retention bonus will be forfeited if the PGT leaves before completion of
training period and the entire training expenses of Approx Rs 40,000/- will be
recovered
