Main Points In Illinois you do not need a parents permission to have an abortion. In Wisconsin at 16 your doctors doesn't have the right to share your medical information with your parents with out your permission. In most states at 16 you can get your license. Main Point 1 According to childabuse.com in 2007 about three children died each day in the United States from abuse or neglect. If your parent is on drugs or an alcoholic and has been using your money you earn or the money you receive from the government is a good cause for a child to be emancipated.
